Description: This conversation hour explores personal boundaries as lived, physical experiences rather than abstract ideas. Through guided imagery, live demonstration, and audience participation, it shows how people sense distance, safety, and intrusion, and how flexible boundaries can be shaped to support connection, self-protection, and choice across different situations and cultures.
