Closed Captioning and Transcript Help


  • Why can't I copy the transcript? We do not allow for you to copy the transcript due to copyright reasons.
  • How do I turn on closed caption? Hovering your mouse on the video you are watching, a black bar on the bottom of the video will appear with some functions. Here you can pause and play your video on the left, as well as turn the closed captions on/off.

Billing/Accounts/Certification


  • I am having trouble logging in to my account If you have registered for a course on this website, enter in the email address and password you provided when you signed up. If you have forgotten your user information or you are encountering an error contact support at (877) 602-9877 or support@erickson-foundation.org
  • What do I do if I need to change courses, cancel my order or get a refund? We have a 30 day return policy on merchandise. Physical books, DVDs and other physical media must be returned to the Foundation to be eligible for a refund. Digital item returns are eligible for store credit only. Please contact support@erickson-foundation.org to begin the return process. You must contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. To request a change/cancellation/refund of your course, send an email to support@erickson-foundation.org with your Name Email Address Phone Number Confirmation Number Name of webcast or product Date of purchase Issue We will handle your request within 1 business day and confirm via email.

Policies/Procedures/Disclosures


  • Privacy The Erickson Foundation does not make customer e-mail addresses or phone numbers available to any other company or third party. We will only collect information for The Erickson Foundation when ordering from our site. After you place an order with us, we may use your address to send The Erickson Foundation catalogs or The Erickson Foundation special offers via Email & U.S. mail. Your phone number will only be used in the event of an ordering problem.
  • Security This website is fully e-commerce enabled and our payment processing pages are FULLY SECURE SSL encryption is used on every order to protect credit card information, so you can use your credit card with confidence. You can also send your order by email, and we will send you an invoice. Once we receive your payment, we will send your order to you
  • Eligibility All training videos, audios, DVDs and CDs are available only to professionals in health-related fields including physicians, doctoral-level psychologists and dentists who are qualified for membership in, or are members of, their respective professional organizations (i.e., AMA, APA ADA) and to professionals with mental health-related graduate degrees (e.g., MSW, MSN, MA, or MS) from accredited institutions. When ordering these media please indicate your degree, the University from which this degree was acquired, and your profession.

Shipping


  • Returns on Shipped Items All sales are final. Return defective items, along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of to the Milton H. Erickson Foundation for replacement only. Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a pricing error, the item will not ship until we contact you about the discrepancy and you approve the amount of the item.
  • Shipping Options Your order will be processed and shipped within 4 business days from the date it is placed. If your order is received after 5:00pm MST, then the “date placed” will be considered the date of the following day. If you need expedited service, please contact us. Additional fees may apply. Shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation tracking: This shipping option does not offer a guaranteed delivery time, but typically will arrive to you within 2-3 business days from date of shipment. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us so that we may use an alternate shipping method that offers a guaranteed delivery date. Additional shipping fees may apply. USPS First Class Mail (Within US) with Delivery Confirmation tracking: This shipping option does not offer a guaranteed delivery time, but reaches most Continental US addresses within 3-4 days. It is for packages weighing up to 13 oz. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped First Class. USPS Priority Mail International with tracking: This shipping service does not offer a guaranteed delivery time, but typically arrives within 6-10 business days, barring any delays in customs. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us so that we may use an alternate shipping method that offers a guaranteed delivery date. Additional shipping fees will apply. USPS First-Class Package International with tracking: TRACKING ENDS ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES THE UNITED STATES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES SHIPPED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL.
