All sales are final. Return defective items, along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of to the Milton H. Erickson Foundation for replacement only. Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a pricing error, the item will not ship until we contact you about the discrepancy and you approve the amount of the item.
