Description

Description: Trance can be deepened through simple experiential techniques such as hand levitation, focused breathing, and sensory imagery. As volunteers enter trance, the session illustrates classic hypnotic phenomena while exploring how pleasant memories and imaginative suggestions can strengthen relaxation, learning, and emotional processing. The demonstration also shows how these experiences can become practical tools, helping clients access trance more easily in the future and apply hypnotic skills for comfort, insight, and self-regulation.
