The workshop demonstrates how to regulate states of mind to manage emotions and behaviors.  Using integrative principles from clinical hypnosis, biofeedback, and meditation, therapists learn how to help their clients use resourceful mind states to reduce stress and achieve personal mastery.

Educational Objectives:

  1. Discuss the latest and practical neuroscience principles we can use in hypnosis and psychotherapy.
