Cancelations received that are NOT postmarked by Friday, August 23rd, will NOT be eligible for a refund. All faculty members participating in a sponsored activity, and those who
review and therefore are in control of content, are requested to disclose
any relevant financial relationship prior to the CME activity, including but

by faculty member or spouse, and what role or activity was performed
for this remuneration. If a conflict of interest exists as a result of
a financial relationship it will be resolved prior to the activity. A faculty

Jeffrey K. Zeig, PhD, is the Founder and Director of the Milton H. Erickson Foundation and is president of Zeig, Tucker & Theisen, Inc., publishers in the behavioral sciences. He has edited, co-edited, authored or coauthored more than 20 books on psychotherapy that appear in twelve foreign languages. Dr. Zeig is a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona.

Yapko, Ph.D. (professional psychology, clinical specialization), is internationally recognized for his innovative work in applied clinical hypnosis, developing brief psychotherapies, and the strategic treatment of depression. Lynn Lyons, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who lives in Concord, New Hampshire and is in private practice there. For 26 years, Lynn has specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders in adults and children. Lynn received her BA in English from Williams College in 1987, her Masters in Social Work from Boston University in 1990, and has been training extensively with the world’s experts in clinical hypnosis and strategic therapy since 1993.

He is also Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. CAMILLO LORIEDO, MD PhD, is professor of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the University of Rome, School of Medicine and the School of Specialization. Since 1998, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Milton Erickson Foundation. He has recently been elected President of the Italian Society of Psychotherapy. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. Loriedo has been awarded the Milton H. Erickson Lifetime Achievement Award for outstanding contributions to the field of Psychotherapy. He has authored over 350 scientific papers and 26 books.
