Volunteer registration for Couples Conference 2023

 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notice must be submitted by April 17th. All cancellations must be in writing, either in an email or in mail, and there will be a $50 administrative charge for each cancellation. Cancellations that are NOT recieved by Monday, April 17th, will NOT be eligible for a refund. You must notify the Foundation of any changes by emailing support@erickson-foundation.org or calling 602-956-6196.

 

The Responsibilities: Volunteers will be assigned on a random basis to monitor meeting rooms to create homestudy questions for sessions assigned. You will be scheduled to work approximately two to four hours per day, during mornings, or afternoons. Please see the schedule in February to make sure you can volunteer during those times. You must have open availability throughout the Main Conference (May 5th through May 7th).

You will NOT be able to choose the workshops for which you are assigned; however, when not assigned, you may attend any sessions you prefer during the CONFERENCE ONLY. Remember: You will be able to claim credit toward a Certificate of Attendance stating your hours for all sessions worked and attended!

The Requirements: Volunteers should be able to understand and communicate in English and have legible handwriting.

If you cannot commit to the requirements/responsibilities, you will not be able to volunteer, but you may sign up as an attendee.

The Cost: The cost of attending Couples Conference 2023 as a volunteer is $25.00. You will be refunded $75 of the original deposit ($100) after you have successfully completed your volunteer duties as assigned. Refunds will be mailed to you 4-6 weeks after completion of the Conference.

My undergraduate degree was completed in 1993 through The University of Massachusetts Boston. While enrolled at U-Mass Boston, I worked full time with homeless men, women and families struggling with chronic mental illness, substance dependency, and domestic violence.
